I’m a lawyer - but not the kind you only call for a transaction or when something’s gone wrong. I’m the advisor clients turn to during pivotal life moments: a shift in fortune, a major decision, a personal milestone, or a complex cross-border challenge that demands clarity, discretion, and trusted counsel. 

Named one of eprivateclient’s Top 35 Under 35 in 2010 and consistently ranked in Chambers, I bring over 20 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees, and business owners in the UK and internationally. My core expertise lies in tax, estate planning, and trust law, but the real value of my work comes through long-term relationships, strategic thinking, and guiding clients through life’s important moments. I also serve as Co-Chair of the British-Swiss Chamber of Commerce in the UK, supporting stronger commercial ties between the two countries - an extension of my cross-border advisory work and longstanding connection to Switzerland. 

After senior roles at a leading UK law firm - including three years based in Geneva - and serving as a director at PwC Legal, I chose to step away from the traditional firm model to work with clients differently. Today, I divide my time across three complementary ventures: 

Dialogue Private Office 
A boutique advisory firm offering holistic, long-term support to private clients. Dialogue is grounded in trust, clarity, and meaningful conversation, especially where high stakes, personal matters, and cross-border complexity converge. 

Winslows Tax Law 
I am a Partner and head of the Private Client practice at Winslows, which supports law firms and other professional firms with tax law advice for their clients. Winslows stands out for its technical expertise, collaborative approach, and seamless use of technology to deliver efficient, high-quality support. 

Astraea Group 
I am a Partner at Astraea, a special situations legal and professional services firm founded by James Ramsden KC and Nina Stewart. Astraea handles complex matters that cut across legal, regulatory, and reputational domains. I bring private client insight to the team, advising on trusts, estates, and related tax issues. 

Beyond the Professional 
I am grateful that I have reason to travel all over the world, and I love getting to know local culture, especially food, music and sport.  My time in Switzerland gave me the mountain bug and I am an enthusiastic skier. I enjoy watching all sports and have a soft spot for leisurely pursuits like enjoying my classic MG and collecting rare whisky.
